stretching almost everyday

I’m a programmer, and my desk chair and I have a love-hate relationship. But lately, that chair has been winning, and my back has started to stage a rebellion in the form of constant pain.

But guess what? I’ve discovered a secret weapon: stretching

Why 30 seconds per set?

My 2 main influences:

Routine

2 set of 30 seconds per pose. This entire routine is less than 15 min counting a rest of 30 seconds after each pose. No excuses!!

I never ever went to a yoga class but is good to use a common language so I will put the yoga names

Reverse table or Ardha Purvotanasana

Cat-Cow or MarjaryasanaBitilasana

Child’s Pose or Balasana

Low lunge or Anjaneyasana (one set is 30 seconds per side)

no need of fancy movement. I never went to yoga

Standing forward Bend or Uttanasana

Supine Spinal Twist or Supta Matsyendrasana (one set is 30 seconds per side)
